RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing our porcelain products. We are committed to providing every customer with high-quality porcelain and a satisfactory shopping experience. Since porcelain is a fragile item, please carefully read the following return policy before purchasing to protect your rights.

I. Situations Where Returns are Supported

If you receive the goods and any of the following situations occur, you can contact us within 7 days of signing for the goods to apply for a return or exchange, provided any of the following conditions are met:

1. The goods are damaged, cracked, or have missing corners during transportation;

2. The received goods do not match the order details, such as incorrect style, color, or quantity;

3. The goods have obvious quality problems that affect normal use;

4. Other problems caused by our shipping errors.

II. Situations Where Returns are Not Supported

The following situations do not currently support returns without reason. We appreciate your understanding:

1. The goods have been used, washed, or damaged by human error;
2. Minor color differences or size errors due to personal reasons (handmade products may have slight differences);
3. Customized goods, engraved goods, or special orders;
4. Failure to submit a after-sales application within 7 days of signing for the goods. III. Return Application Process

Please check the packaging and product condition promptly upon receiving the goods.

To return an item, please contact us through website customer service, email, or the order page.

Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the product.

After customer service approves your return, we will inform you of the return address and subsequent procedures.

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they are in good condition, we will complete the refund within 3-7 business days.

IV. Shipping Costs

We will bear the return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues, transportation damage, or incorrect shipment.

For returns requested for personal reasons, the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

V. Important Notes

Porcelain is fragile; we will use professional shockproof packaging for shipping. We recommend that you inspect the package upon receipt. If you find serious damage to the outer packaging, please take photos immediately and contact us for assistance.
