As a wholesale supplier, many of our products are sold in bulk quantities, customized specifications, or special production arrangements. Therefore, return and refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Eligible Return & Refund Situations

Customers may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.
  • The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect items were shipped.
  • The order is lost during transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Supporting evidence may be required, including:

  • Photos of products
  • Photos of packaging
  • Videos showing product issues
  • Shipping documentation
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

(1) Customized Products

Including but not limited to:

  • OEM products
  • Private label products
  • Customized packaging
  • Custom logo printing
  • Special production orders

(2) Wholesale Bulk Orders

Minor variations in color, packaging, dimensions, or appearance that do not affect product functionality are not considered defects.

(3) Clearance or Special Sale Items

Products sold as clearance, liquidation, or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  1. Return Request Period

Customers must submit return or refund requests within:

7 days after delivery

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  1. Return Authorization

Do not return products without prior approval.

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Explain the issue.
  4. Submit supporting photos or videos.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

GoldShopping may cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution.

If the Return Is Due to Customer Reasons

Examples:

  • Ordered incorrect product
  • No longer needed
  • Change of mind

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs charges
  • Handling fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Banking institution
  • International transaction processing

5–15 business days

  1. Partial Refunds

Customized or OEM orders may incur cancellation fees if production has already begun.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and relevant documentation.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Appropriate compensation, replacement, or refund solutions will be considered based on investigation results.

  1. Limitation of Liability

GoldShopping’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected products.

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance issues

We value our customers and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues fairly and professionally.
